Q: How to place order of HC-A013C color doppler ultrasound machine?

• Firstly we confirm product details and then send the Proforma Invoice,

• You make payment to us through T/T, Western Union or MoneyGram,

• After we confirm your payment then ship the product to you once finished production.

Q: For ultrasound machine, how does the 3D function work and what it is?

A: For our HC-A013C color doppler ultrasound machine, it shows static 3D image when diagnostic obstetric scan of baby, it display 3 dimension of fetus. And make it clear to viewing.

Q: What is your warranty?

• For most products the warranty is for 12 months, some products we provide 18 months warranty.

• For the abdominal pregnancy ultrasound machine we provide 12 months warranty.

Q: What’s your delivery time?

A:

• Generally it is 5 working days if goods in stock. Within 10 working days if the goods need production,

• And also the delivery time depends on quantity. For HC-A013C portable ultrasound machine the delivery time is 10 working days.
